I just wanted to follow up with my experience with my recent refinance loan at Icon. Dimitri was my loan advisor/officer and did an EXCELLENT job. My recent closing was my 5th closing on a house. I am an extremely busy mom and this was by far the easiest and smoothest closing I've ever had. From the first call/email until the last one there were zero glitches on Dimitri's part and he made it fast and easy for me. I was in awe of the services he provided. I never had to leave my house until I signed on the closing date. For me that was a huge benefit because of my schedule. He answered every question, and if he couldn't; he found the answers within a timely manner. Which was the same day!!! He was an absolute pleasure to do business with. I will recommend Icon to any and every person I know, and I'm not sure what my future holds in store for me, but if I need a loan again I know exactly where I'm going! Thank you!

Taking my realtor's advice to go with Icon Mortgage has proven to be a good decision. Jeff and Jamie made the entire process easy and seamless. Even when our first deal fell through at the last minute (due to the seller), Jeff never wavered and reassured us that they would be there to help us through the process again.
